Building Introduction:

Citywark is a large shopping mall in Tsuen Wan.  Phase 1 covers an area of 300,000 sq.ft with a 40,000 sq.ft open-area graden plaza and 8,000 sq.ft. largest Standing Garden in Hong Kong.  The height is 4.85 to 6 meters and adopts a single corridor design.  Phase 1 has 180 shops and its superstructure is Vision City.

Anti-epidemic pain points:

In the early stage of the fifth wave of the outbreak, Tsuen Wan District was a high-risk area in the New Territories. The shopping malls had to carry out frequent disinfection procedures and suffer from high disinfection costs in the face of confirmed patients who had passed through the shopping malls. Cleaning air conditioner filters and condensers, spraying disinfectant sprays and other anti-epidemic work.

Program Content:

After in-depth understanding of customer needs, we developed a plan for customers to fight the epidemic while saving costs. We screened four sets of air-conditioning processing units in the shopping mall, implanted our FCB plant extract and equipment, and set the dosage for each time by calculation.  And provided the appropriate training to Customer.  When the mall needs to disinfect the confirmed cases, the customer only needs to perform a very simple operation and administrative input cost to fully disinfect the place.

Performance Feedback:

After deducting the one-time input cost, the subsequent anti-epidemic cost is saved by no less than 80% compared with the traditional one, and it can more comprehensively cover the entire space for effective disinfection.
